The Vision

Exchange funds were supposed to solve concentration risk.   They didn't go far enough.

The traditional exchange fund swaps one basket of public equities for another. Investors defer taxes but inherit the same correlated market risk they were trying to escape and pay institutional fees for the privilege.

Craft replaces that model entirely. Our funds are backed by income-producing real assets we own and operate, starting with private aviation. The result is genuine diversification, real cash flow, and a product built for how modern wealth is actually created.

We're building toward a platform not a single fund. Aviation is the starting point because we know it deeply and operate it ourselves. From here, we're expanding into additional asset classes and opening distribution through registered investment advisors nationwide.
