To print a double sided copy, click on the Page1 link below. When the form is fully loaded on the screen, print one copy, then reload the Page1 print-out into your printer so that it will print on the back side. Use your browsers back-button to return to this page to call up Page 2. You can also print them separately on two sheets of paper. Enter the number of packages of each size and enter the total number of packages in the left box. Multilply the total packages by the price in the middle box and enter the result in the right hand box.
Enter the total of the right hand boxes at the bottom of the first page. Carry the first page total to the box at the top of the second page and contnue. Mail the order forms and your check or money order to: Flycraft |
