There are several ways to order from us.

>>>> To print the first page of the order form, click Page 1 When the form in PDF format is fully loaded on the screen, print the form. To print the second page, click the Back Button on your browser and click Page 2
To print a double sided copy, reload the Page 1 print-out into your printer so that Page 2 will print on the back side.
Of course, you don't have to print the forms if you're just browsing.
